CompileCat operates as a venture studio developing proprietary software. Our current flagship product, Convo Chief, is an AI-powered sales and automation agent designed for F-commerce merchants operating on platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger.
2. User Accounts and Responsibilities
- Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- Lawful Use: You agree to use the Services only for lawful F-commerce activities. You may not use our AI tools to spam, defraud, or distribute prohibited content.
- Platform Compliance: Since Convo Chief integrates with Meta platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), you are solely responsible for complying with Meta's Business Messaging Policies and Terms of Service.
3. Subscription, Fees, and Payment
- Billing: Access to certain features of Convo Chief requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
- Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes (including VAT) associated with your purchase, in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
- Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless legally required or explicitly stated in a specific product agreement.
4. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimers
- AI Limitations: Convo Chief utilizes advanced artificial intelligence and language models to communicate with your customers. While we strive for high accuracy, AI systems may occasionally produce incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate responses (often referred to as "hallucinations").
- Merchant Responsibility: You are responsible for monitoring the AI's interactions. CompileCat is not liable for lost sales, misquoted prices, or customer disputes arising from AI-generated responses.
5. Intellectual Property
All code, design, branding, and intellectual property associated with CompileCat and Convo Chief are the exclusive property of CompileCat. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software as a service. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell our software.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompileCat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
